The outer box is present and is also in good condition considering its age with some creasing, corner/edge wear and surface scratches/scuffs/marks. It is printed with '1996 Lucasfilm Ltd.', '1996 Nintendo Co. Ltd.' and 'Made In Japan'.
The box inners are present and have some crushing, creasing and light marks. The original Instruction Manual is included and is in good shape with slight creasing on the front cover, as shown. Also included is a Consumer Information And Precautions Booklet and a Nintendo Registration Card. The game has been tested on a Nintendo 64 Console and is fully working.
