Subbuteo The Football Game 'Continental' Club Edition is one of the most impressive Subbuteo Sets. It is in good condition considering its age and comes with its original box which is also in good condition considering its age with some wear, as shown.
The Contents consist of: 2 Teams (wrong players for Set and repainted), 2 Goals, 2 Footballs and Playing Cloth. Apart from the original Teams, we're not sure whether anything else is missing. The Set also includes its original Rules Booklet which is in good shape with some creasing/bending and marks/stains, as shown. The players and accessories have some paint wear and look as though they have been repainted and the Playing Cloth has some bobbling/creasing which is common, but this doesn't detract from this nice vintage toy Set in any way.
The box is in good condition considering its age with white tape on two sides of the lid, some creasing, corner/edge wear, light surface scuffs/scratches and marks, as shown. It opens up to reveal the pieces in their inner cardboard tray. They are in good shape with some wear/tears and help to protect the Game when not in use. The box is printed with 'Manufactured By Subbuteo Sports Games, Langton Green, Kent.'. Please note one of the boxes with the Players in has some writing on it.
