Louis Tully is a cool Ghostbusters Power Pack Heroes figure. He comes in good condition considering his age with some paint loss/marks, as seen in the photos. He is missing his Ghost and accessories, but this doesn't detract from this nice vintage figure in any way. He has good arm and leg joints and is stamped with '1990 Col. Pict. Kenner'. Louis Tully displays nicely and is a must for any Ghostbusters fan.
