|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier! Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payments via Paypal and Nochex. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction automatically to UK Pounds.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling|
We're proud to offer International shipping to 52 countries at the time of launching this website. The shipping costs are based on the weight and once it goes over 2000g the parcel has to be sent via a courier which has all been calculated. You should be able to see the shipping costs to your country when you go to the checkout page to complete the transaction.
We always package our items carefully in bubblewrap and boxed and carded items are sent in a sturdy box with extra protective packaging. As collectors ourselves we've also experienced receiving items in the post which have been poorly packaged and have arrived damaged. So we understand how important this is to our fellow collectors.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch your order right away. Packages within the UK are sent via a combination of carriers including Royal Mail and DHL. Overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and packages over 2000g in weight are sent via DHL or FedEx. Delivery times within the UK are usually 24 - 48 hours. Standard overseas deliveries, depending upon how distant, usually take 4 - 10 days, The courier usually takes less time, again depending on the distance of the destination.
Please note that whilst we endeavour to deliver within these timescales, delays beyond our control can occur during transit. An international parcel is not classed as lost with Royal Mail until 21 working days after posting. We ask that such time is allowed before contacting customer services and reporting your order lost.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Orders within the UK
If you have not received your order within a week, we strongly recommend that you check with your local Royal Mail sorting office before contacting customer service, as calling cards are not always left.
We aim to delivery internationally within approximately 4 - 10 working days, so please allow at least 10 working days prior to contacting customer service.
With the vintage nature of our items everything seen on the website is currently in stock until it sells. If circumstances beyond our control occurs with the software not removing a sold item, then we will try to back order for you. With rarer vintage collectables it may be time consuming to find a replacement and it may not be in the same condition as the one originally bought. You will always be emailed with photos with the option to cancel your order.
All orders made from the UK, European Union and Worldwide are VAT free as the prices are inclusive of tax.
|Credit Card Security|
For security reasons please enter the address at which the credit/debit card you are using is registered. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase. We always describe all our items as honestly and accurately as possible and provide large enough photographs so you can see the exact item you'll receive. We'll also answer any questions you may have about the item prior to the sale and will supply extra photographs if required. All our items are extremely well packaged as we would like to receive them ourselves. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please let us know before returning the item to us. All returns must be made within 14 days and sent via a trackable method for safety in the original packaging it was sent out in. Please ensure that items are unused and unopened in a fully resaleable condition with original packaging intact. We'll happily send out a replacement item if available or give a full refund minus postage costs (International customers) unless we are at fault.
